The Chelan County Natural Resources Department is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for implementation of the Upper Wenatchee Defensible Space Project. This Contract provides for the development of defensible space prescriptions and implementation of defensible space fuels mitigation across 112 private properties in the Lake Wenatchee/ Plain are in Chelan County, along with other work outlined in the project manual.
Deadline: All proposals are due no later than 5:00 PM Monday December 22nd, 2025.
Delivery of Proposals and Questions: All proposals shall utilize the forms provided. All questions and proposals can be submitted via email to Hannah Pygott at Hannah.pygott@co.chelan.wa.us
A mandatory virtual pre-bid conference will be held on Tuesday December 16th, 2025 at 9:00AM. A minimum of one representative from each Prime Contractor that intends to submit a bid is required to attend.
