Continue or Strike a Hearing

You may confirm strike or continue a hearing via Internet e-mail in the same manner as by telephone. Your Internet confirmation needs to include the following:

  • Cause Number
  • Case Title
  • Hearing Date and Continued to Date
  • Moving Attorney
  • E-mail Address
  • Telephone Number
  • Whether you are continuing, striking, or confirming a hearing. If you are continuing a hearing, please provide a continuing date. It is your responsibility to advise opposing counsel of strikes and continuances.
