Stehekin
Due to heavy rains predicted on Monday, Dec. 15, the Chelan County Sheriff's Office has issued an evacuation order for the Stehekin Valley. Slide areas may slide again, and creeks and drainages are expected to rise. It is recommended for those who have access to Purple Point take the 1:30 p.m. ferry Saturday or Sunday.
