Fee Schedule Update
Phase 1 of 2 for the updates to the Community Development Fee Schedule are underway. The first portion of the fee schedule update included simplification of fees, additional planning fees related to processes with the new Shoreline Master Program, and the implementation of the Flood Development Permit. Small changes included removal of the $5 convenience fee for credit card processing, however credit card charges will remain subject to the 2.5% fee for cost of processing the cards. The next phase of the fee schedule updates will include changes to the ICC Building Valuation table usage, along with various text amendments associated within the building fees. The second phase is estimated to be underway by August, 2019.
