Are you opening a NEW Tier 2, Tier 3 short-term rental in Chelan County?
The annual application period for new Tier 2 and Tier 3 short-term rentals in Chelan County opens June 1 to July 31.
Applications are for new operations looking to open in 2024 in areas of Chelan County that have not met a short-term rental cap.
The application period does not apply to Tier 1 short-term rentals, which are owner-occupied and have an occupancy of up to eight people. Those applications are taken year-round because caps don’t apply to Tier 1 businesses.
