Request for Proposals: Countywide financial software system
IMPORTANT NOTE: Due to the amount of questions we have received on this RFP, we have extended the deadline for proposals to 5 p.m. PST on Friday, March 29, 2024.
In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 39.26.120, Chelan County, does hereby request proposals from software vendors for the replacement of the countywide financial system, ranging in value of between $5,000 and $500,000. All firms who are interested in providing services to Chelan County are requested to send their Proposal to the County for the aforementioned accounting system. A requirements and specifications document is available here.
Firms to be considered for this project will be selected from those that respond to this request for proposals. All vendors shall submit their proposal by email, or paper copy to the contact below. To be considered, the proposal must be received before 5 p.m. PST, Friday, March 29, 2024.
