Planning Commission meeting on Nov. 13
The Chelan County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on Nov. 13 to take comments on proposed updates to the county’s short-term rental code.
The hearing will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, Nov. 13, at the Confluence Technology Center, 285 Technology Center Way in Wenatchee. The meeting will be available on Zoom. The Zoom link is available on the Planning Commission website.
At the hearing, Community Development, the county’s planning department, will present a staff report sharing updates recommended by the Board of County Commissioners. The hearing then will be opened for public comment. People wishing to comment will have three minutes to speak.
Community Development is currently taking written comments on the short-term rental code. About 200 comments have been received so far. To submit your comments, email them to CD.Comment@co.chelan.wa.us.
