Fee changes coming July 1 for map recordings
The Recording and Licensing Department of the Chelan County Auditor's Office announces that, beginning July 1, the fee for map recordings will increase by $36. WAC 332-150-030 directs auditors across the state to collect a surcharge on behalf of the Department of Natural Resources, used to fund the Public Land Survey Office. This surcharge will be increasing from $64 to $100 per map recording. See the attachment for more details.
