Parents for Parents
Has your child(ren) been removed from your care by CPS in Chelan or Douglas counties? Please contact the Parents for Parents program if you have questions. We are parents who have been where you are and can help guide you through the process. We offer a one-time 2-hour education class on the Dependency process as well as ongoing peer support and mentoring. You don’t have to do this alone! Reunification is possible.
Dependency 101 Class
Please join parents who have successfully navigated the Dependency process and want to help you reunite with your children. We will have presenters who will share what their role is in the court process and how to best work with them, tons of information you may not hear anywhere else and parents who have been through what you are going through share their story with you. Snacks provided! A certificate for completing the class will also be provided.
