We are experiencing a staff shortage right now
We wanted to give our customers a heads-up that we are in the process of filling a critical, forward-facing position on the Community Development team.
What does this mean?
It means your building permit may take longer than 10 days to approve. This is a temporary setback, and we are working to fill the position as soon as possible.
In the meantime, we will continue to work through all building permit applications as quickly as possible. We are still here to answer any questions, too. We know our customers are accustomed to the 10-day standard we have set, so we thank you for being patient with staff during this time.
