Washington Courts Network Accessibility : Superior Court Clerk
“The Washington Courts computer systems are experiencing a technical outage that is impacting local trial courts. This temporary loss of access to all state provided systems began November 4. This issue is anticipated to continue at least to November 18, 2024.
The Chelan County Superior Court Clerk’s office has no access to the Tyler Odyssey Case Management System, JABS, JIS, or any state court web pages. Clerks are temporarily unable to provide public information related to calendars or individual Superior Court cases. The Clerk’s Office is utilizing existing paper files and our local Document Management System (OnBase) to maintain operations and ensure continued access to justice.
The outage will temporarily hinder the Court’s access to electronic case files and JABS reports, limit pretrial services ability to prepare criminal court paperwork, and the Clerk’s ability to accept e-filed or faxed documents and limited credit card payments.
Until further notice, it is imperative to contact the Court and the Clerk’s Office with paper documents, including new filings and Bench Copies.
During this technical outage at Washington Courts we will ONLY be accepting Civil Protection Orders via fax or email. We re-emphasize, it is imperative to contact the Court and the Clerk’s Office with paper documents, including new filings and Bench Copies.”
