If you receive a letter in the mail from Vacant Land Guys LLC with a Purchase Agreement, THIS IS A SCAM.  Do not release any personal information or send them any type of payment.  You can report this scam to the Better Business Bureau at www.bbb.com or by calling (208) 342-4649.
