Public Hearing: Proposed Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program
A copy of the proposed Six-Year Transportation Improvement Program (2022-2027) for Chelan County roads is available online and on file for public inspection at Chelan County Public Works Department, 316 Washington St., suite 402, in Wenatchee. A public hearing on the adoption of the program will be at 9:30 a.m. on June 29 during the regular meeting of the Board of County Commissioners. Commissioners meetings are available online via Zoom.
The state requires all cities, towns and counties to develop and adopt a six-year transportation improvement plan. The plan is a short-range planning document that is updated every year and shows the funding sources and amounts for transportation improvement projects planned for the next six years.
