Online auction is Dec. 1-3
When real property taxes become three years delinquent, the County Treasurer takes foreclosure action (RCW 84.64.060). Chelan County’s auction is held in December of each year. The 2025 sale is Dec. 1-3.
- Properties will be sold at public auction on the Public Surplus online auction website.
- Register by Nov. 28.
