Ongoing emergency in downtown Leavenworth, stay away from the area
LEAVENWORTH -- The stretch of Highway 2 from Chumstick Highway to Icicle Road is closed due to an ongoing bomb threat. The public should stay out of the area. Eastbound motorists should use East Leavenworth and Icicle roads to get around the closure. Westbound motorists should use Chumstick Highway. Again, please stay out of the area. The Chelan County Sheriff's Office advises residents in the impacted area to shelter in place. We will update you when we have more information.
