Notice of Public Hearing: Water Mitigation Program
The Board of Chelan County Commissioners will hold a public hearing at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Feb. 14, via Zoom for the purpose of hearing public testimony concerning amendments to Chelan County Code 13.30: Water Mitigation Program and consider adoption of the amendments.
Chelan County citizens are invited to attend and participate in this public hearing. A copy of the amendments is available by clicking here.
People who have questions or desire copies of the amendments should call Natural Resources Director Mike Kaputa at 509-670-6935 or email him at mike.kaputa@co.chelan.wa.us.
Any changes or amendments raised during the hearing by members of the public, county officials or staff will be considered and may be adopted.
