RFP: NCW Regional Crisis Response Center

Chelan County, serving as the fiscal entity on behalf of Douglas, Grant, Okanogan and Chelan counties, is requesting proposals from qualified organizations to support development and operation of a regional 24/7 Crisis Response Center serving adults experiencing behavioral health crises.

The North Central Washington Regional Crisis Response Center is intended to function as a regional crisis stabilization resource designed to improve access to timely behavioral health care, reduce reliance on emergency departments and incarceration, and strengthen coordination across the regional behavioral health system.

Chelan County is seeking proposals for the following project phases:

  • Pre-Service Delivery Planning
  • Interim Crisis Stabilization Services Feasibility Assessment
  • Program Operations and Service Delivery

Interested parties are encouraged to attend an online question-and-answer session at 2 p.m. on August 12.

To be considered, interested parties must submit their RFP by 5 p.m. PDT on Sept. 18 to Ron Cridlebaugh, Chelan County Economic Services director, at es.director@co.chelan.wa.us.
