Request for Proposals: Veterans Service Office remodel
In accordance with the Revised Code of Washington 39.26.120, notice is hereby given that Chelan County seeks bid proposals from general contractors to remodel the Veterans Services Office at 428 Orondo Ave., Wenatchee, Wash. The selected contractor shall provide its services as requested by Chelan County, including demolition, overall ADA upgrades, exterior windows, exterior paint, new ADA ramp, new appliances, new office / wall non-bearing framing and minor asbestos mitigation. The complete Request for Proposals, including all submittal requirements, can be viewed online.
General contractors to be considered for this project will be selected from those that respond to this RFP. All interested shall submit their proposal in person to the contact below. To be considered, the proposal must be received by 10 a.m. PST, Monday, Oct. 14, 2024.
