The Chelan-Douglas Health District is releasing a weekly “thermographic” that charts Chelan and Douglas counties’ progress toward re-opening local businesses and schools. Gov. Jay Inslee has said the two counties combined need to reach a state goal of 25 new cases per 100,000 residents before moving from one phase to another under the Safe Start Washington re-opening plan.
