Annual call for proposed map amendments to Comp Plan

Chelan County Community Development is accepting proposed map amendments to the county’s Comprehensive Plan for 2026 processing.

Proposed map amendments are due to the department by 5 p.m. on Monday, March 2. If you choose to mail your proposed map amendment, it must be postmarked by March 2.

Email proposed map amendments to: CD.Comment@co.chelan.wa.us

Mail proposed map amendments to: Chelan County Community Development, 316 Washington St., suite 301, Wenatchee, WA, 98801.

This is an annual process that begins with soliciting proposed map amendments. Once the proposals are processed, they will go to the Chelan County Planning Commission for consideration and a recommendation to the Board of County Commissioners. The BOCC then makes a final determination, typically in November or December of every year.
