We have a contract with Code Publishing, a searchable online tool that hosts the Chelan County Code. Code Publishing updates changes to the county code on a quarterly basis.
Code updates that have been passed by the Board of County Commissioners but are not yet updated by Code Publishing are listed below. Please remember that when the Board approves code updates, the updates typically take effect immediately, even if they have not yet been updated on our Code Publishing website.
The following code changes were recently adopted by the Board. The updated language is in red:
