Since 2005, Chelan County Natural Resources Department has implemented numerous habitat complexity restoration projects and fish barrier removals to enhance the County’s aquatic and fishery resources

Habitat restoration and fish passage projects implemented by Chelan County Natural Resources Department are not funded by the County general or capital budgets. All costs associated with staff time, project development, planning, permitting, construction oversight, and monitoring are funded by external sources.
