Welcome to the Chelan County Expo Center

The Chelan County Expo Center is a 33 Acre County owned and operated facility in the heart of Chelan County. The property began to take shape in 1952 when with the support of the Cashmere Chamber of Commerce and the Chelan County Granges a fifteen member board decided to start the Chelan County Fair. Through the years many changes have been made to the Fairgrounds and the Fair. As County funds and commissioner commitment grew the grounds has evolved into the Chelan County Expo Center with 17 buildings, a variety of year round events and full time staff. After the heavy snowfall in 1999 many buildings collapsed and the Centennial Pavilion was constructed as a

replacement. This 24,000 square foot building is host to a large variety of events annually. In 2000 the RV Park was started and by 2004 electricity and later sewer were added at each pedestal. Today we have 300 RV hook up sites, full service restroom and shower facilities and a fully fenced Park which is open April through October. We operate year round with events such as:

• Wedding Receptions and Quinceaniera's
• Square Dancing
• Horse Clinics and Cowboy Mounted Shooters
• Church Retreats and Family Reunions
• Indoor SoccerAnnual Banquets
• Trade Shows - including Trappers & Prospectors and Boats & Automobiles
• Circus and Lipizzaner Stallions
• Wenatchee River Bluegrass Festival
• NW Auction Service Auctions - spring & fall
• Chelan County Fair - September 4 - 7, 2008
