Welcome to Your Chelan County Assessor's Office

Our office is responsible for appraising all property on a fair and equitable tax basis, maintaining accurate and accessible property information, and providing accurate tax assessments.

We maintain inventory, description ownership, sales, and mapping for all property within our county. The assessor's office also allocates value to taxing districts, calculates levy rates, and certifies the tax roll to the treasurer.

The assessor's office consists of 19 employees who are willing to offer assistance to the public in any of the following areas: senior citizen and disabled person exemption, open space, forest land, and historic property exemption, and any abstracting or personal property matters.

We are located on the main level of the Chelan County Courthouse.
