 Electronic Filing
Parties may electronically file documents with Chelan County Superior Court Clerk.
If you are interested in filing electronically, access https://www.e-filing.com/ and sign up with E-Filing. The approval process is done on-line and only takes a few minutes. You are then ready to file electronically. Filing fees are paid by credit card or you can establish an account with E-Filing. http://www.courts.wa.gov
If you want to e-file but don't have time to sign up type in "guest" in the Login ID: field and in the Password: field.
