Current Request for Proposals/Qualifications

NO. 1 CANYON NEEDS ASSESSMENT STUDY: Chelan County’s Flood Control Zone District solicits interest from consultants interested in submitting a Statement of Qualifications for completing a basin-wide needs assessment evaluating the No. 1 Canyon conveyance located in both Chelan County and City of Wenatchee. The agreement’s duration is expected to be about one year.

The No. 1 Canyon Needs Assessment Study will form the basis for identifying and mitigating flood risks through future engineering design and construction phases and will create a framework for reducing flooding impacts to public and private property within Chelan County and the City of Wenatchee. It will be a tool in guiding future capital projects that protect property and the public’s health and safety from flooding.
