Vendor Information

The 2012 Chelan County Fair will soon be here. We are working on bringing you a variety of exciting events at this years fair. Our theme for this years fair is "We Got A Good Thing Growin" We are hearing reports that Fair attendance is up across the nation as people are staying closer to home and looking for good old fashion family fun at the Fair.

2012 Fees

Food Concessionaires Service Clubs  15% of Gross Sales $150.00 space reservation (nonrefundable)
     
  All other Concessions 20% of Gross Sales $150.00 space reservation (nonrefundable)
Extra Space 10x10 $100.00  All Concessions must pay for extra space used.  
Late Fee  (Accounts not paid by May 1, 2012 will accrue at Late Fee)    Late Fee    $100.00
   
Liability Insurance (Required)     $163.74 
Vendor Camping (Week of Fair only) Full Hookups $55.00/Week
Advance  Extra Vendor Tickets:  Daily                 $8.00 each
Season            $14.00 each
Included with each Vendor space are two Vendor season passes. 
Additional Vendor passes may be purchased prior to opening day of fair at the fair office for full price. Daily $10.00 Season $20.00
Vendor tickets will not be sold at ticket booths.
