Vendor Information

The year 2010 has started off with loss of jobs and budget cuts at all levels of business but we can’t wait for the Chelan County Fair. We have many exciting events already in the works with a theme of “Makin’ Tracks to the Fair”. We are hearing reports that Fair attendance is up across the nation as people are staying closer to home and looking for good old fashion family fun at the Fair.

So, hit the "Space Application" on the right hand side of your screen, fill out the application and send it in. . . .be a part of our excitement. You can also email your application to: marsha.clute@co.chelan.wa.us

Space Available	Fee
Outdoor Pre-built 8’X8’ booths	$200.00
(Pre-built booths are limited to nonprofit, religious, governmental and other groups organized to promote a common cause. All activities must be confined to space assigned.)
Outdoor Ground space 10'x20' minimum	$250.00 min. - $1.25/sq. ft
Food concessions	$300.00 min. - 20% of gross sales
Nonprofit Food concessions	$300.00 min. – 15% of gross sales
Late Application Fee	$50.00
Liability Insurance (insurance required)	$163.66
(Vendors may provide “certificate of liability insurance” from their own insurance company as long as the Chelan County Fair is listed as a Certificate Holder.)
Vendor Camping (full hook ups)	$55.00 fair week

Tickets	Fee
Vendor Season	$12.00
Vendor Daily	$6.00
Vendor Season Parking	$8.00
Included in each Vendor space are two Vendor Season passes and one parking pass. Additional passes may be purchased through the Fair office. Tickets will not be available at ticket booths.
