RENTAL REGULATIONS
- Rental Fees cover use of facility for 12 hours unless otherwise approved by Expo Management.
- Insurance required per Facility Use Agreement-All rentals MUST have insurance.
- Damage Deposit and Insurance are due at time of booking to guarantee space for event.
- Security required per Security Policy provided by the Chelan County Sheriff's Department based on number of attendees and facility used. Charges are due prior to the date of the event.
- Banquet Permit is required if alcohol is to be served. Copy of permit is due to Expo Center office 45 days prior to the event.
- Alcohol may NOT be sold.
- Signed Facility Use Agreement is due to the Expo Center office 45 days prior to the event.
- Lessee is responsible for their own set up and clean up unless prior arrangements are made.
- See Use Agreement for Parking Assessment and Concessionaire Agreement.
- Keys may be picked up from & returned to the Expo Center office. Deposit will be refunded on Monday following event provided there are no damages and the parking areas are clean.
