Insurance required per Facility Use Agreement
Damage Deposit and Insurance (all rentals MUST have insurance) are due at time of booking to guarantee space for event
Security required per Security Policy provided by the Chelan County Sheriff's Department based on number of attendees and facility used
Banquet Permit is required if alcohol is to be served. Copy of permit is due to Expo Center office 45 days prior to the event
Alcohol may NOT be sold
Signed Facility Use Agreement is due to the Expo Center office at time of booking event
Lessee is responsible for their own set up and clean up
