Welcome to Your Chelan County District Court Probation Office

District Court Probation, under the jurisdiction of two District Court judges, provides community probation services primarily to adult offenders.

We supervise cases involving felony reductions, juvenile declines, gross misdemeanors, such as domestic violence assault, and serious traffic violations involving driving under the influence, and other misdemeanors. We also provide supervision for DUI Deferred Prosecution and Domestic Violence Diversion. This department also provides sentencing investigations, community service and restitution monitoring, as well as behavioral counseling and referral brokerage to the offenders.
