Regional Vision & Subarea Plan for Lower Lake Chelan Basin

Where

260 square mile study area
Study area includes South Shore, Manson, the City of Chelan, Chelan Falls, Howard Flats and unincorporated Chelan County
Project is focused on planning for privately owned lands; lands administered by the federal government will be acknowledged but not planned for

Why

Identify and plan for future economic opportunities
Determine future infrastructure needs and funding requirements for future growth
Foster development policies that reflect the area’s vision
Balance the needs of agriculture with rural and urban development

Project Consultants – Maul Foster & Alongi, Inc. (Vancouver, WA) and Forsgren Associates (Wenatchee, WA)
