Vehicle and Vessel Tab Renewals

In Washington all licensed vehicles, vessels and trailers carry a one-year license.

You may renew your tabs through the mail by sending them to our office or by coming in person between 9:00 A.M. and 5:00P.M. Monday -Friday. If you come in you will need your renewal and your ID. Tabs must be purchased by the registered owner or immediately family with same last name.

The Department of Licensing recently added the ability for you to renew your tabs online with a credit card. You may have your tabs mailed to you or you can pick them up at any specified licensing office.
